About Lucas
Why I built Biohonouring and who this practice serves.
20 years of my life in marketing and more than a decade leading teams across different companies and agencies. I've built teams, scaled metrics, managed acquisition budgets, and learned what it takes to deliver results at the edge, quarter after quarter.
Along the way I saw something that slowly changed me. The dominant productivity model — the one that always rewards more, sooner, with less rest — breaks good people. Yes, it makes them produce more for a while. But it wears down something that never shows up in quarterly metrics: presence, sleep, the quality of decisions under pressure, the relationship with your own body and with the people beside you.
Biohonouring was born from that observation and from my own experience. It's the way of working I wish I'd had available a decade ago, when I started feeling those same symptoms on my own skin.
1:1 sessions, corporate workshops and structured programs for professionals and teams delivering at the edge. The offer combines practical tools of sustainable performance — focused attention, rest, nutrition, nervous regulation — with a deeper layer of personal listening: dreams, meaning, one's own rhythm, presence.
I work in Spanish and English. The first version of the corporate program I had the chance to deliver was inside Holded (a 10-week Biohacking program for employees, now evolved into Biohonouring). Now I'm bringing new companies into the portfolio and opening limited spots for individual coaching.
My corporate track record is the one visible on LinkedIn: two decades in marketing, team management, eight-figure budgets, scaling.
What has sustained and nourished the coaching work throughout all this time is less visible and, deliberately, wasn't in the front line. From a very young age I've been drawn to disciplines that study human performance from another angle — the body, deep attention, the integration of the unconscious. I'm a Kundalini Yoga teacher (KRI-certified), have training in transpersonal psychotherapy, strengths coaching, dream work, and I've maintained a sustained meditation practice since my university years.
I don't sell coaching from those credentials. It's not what a VP of People will hire for their managers, and it's not what an exhausted founder will call me about at eleven at night. Those roots sustain the method from within; what I offer is concrete work on focus, energy and attention, listening deeply to who is in front of me and what their real needs are.
If your team has been running at 110% for months and you're starting to see the signs that this limit isn't sustainable, or if it's you who sees them in your own skin — let's talk. The Diagnostic Session is the best way to start: a concrete map in 90 minutes, no commitment to a longer program.

If you want us to know each other before any commitment, book a First Conversation — 30 minutes, no cost. We decide together whether it makes sense to keep working. If you already know you want a concrete map, book a Diagnostic Session directly (90 min · €160).
